These types of machine can be arrange with coil selectors allowing more than one gauge coil to be held in the machine at any one time reducing the need to change coil for each gauge.
The material will be levelled with 3 over 4 levelling rollers set manually by the operator giving a perfectly flat galvanized sheet gauges between 3mm to 20mm (standard) with other gauges and materials considered on request.
Any length sheets can be cut dependant on the length of roller conveyor requested. As an option to this line al Nafie offer a slitting facility prior to the guillotine, with slitting options quoted on request to suit your load off coil can be up to 35 tons.
