Cut to Length (Shearing)

a process in which steel coils are uncoiled and fed through a shear blade for length wise cutting into required lengths with precise tolerances.
Slitting

a process involving equipment with rotary knives with which a full-width coil is cut into the customer engineered widths and required coil size and weight.
Blasting

is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
Delivering

All type of steel
Bending

is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal. Commonly used equipment include box and pan brakes, brake presses, and other specialized machine presses.
Punching

is an operation that involves punching holes or other more complex shapes to remove material from metal sheets. The removed material ends up as scrap which is the complete opposite of blanking wherein the punched-out shapes are the product.
Laser cutting

A high-powered laser is able to make precision cuts in sheet metal by actually melting the metal.
Beveling

is a machining process that involves cutting, shaping, or tooling the corner where two faces meet to an intermediate angle between the two faces, creating a sloping or angled surface. There are various types of bevels, depending on the application, materials, and purpose.
Rolling

is a metalworking process that involves the deformation of a metal plate or sheet to form a curved or cylindrical shape. The process is often used in the fabrication of pipes, tanks, pressure vessels, and other cylindrical or curved components used in various industries.
